bought some shampoo from this company, 2 weeks later no email, no item, sent an email heard nothing back. quick to take your money but doesnt seem to want to send the goods we pay for. I will be claiming for this back on my card! DO NOT USE THESE BUNCH OF COWBOYS!

Non-existent Customer Service - Goods not received 2 weeks after payment taken!! No contact from vendor
Bought and paid for some antihistamines 2 weeks ago for 24 hour delivery did not receive the goods have sent 2 follow up emails but have heard nothing.
No indication of when I can expect to receive my goods. Will be contacting my bank to claim a refund.
Extremely bad customer service.

Paid for a covid recovery certificate last week via Apple Pay, they deny receiving the payment and have not responded to my emails or answered phone calls since last Wednesday. Not sure if a scam as my husbands certificate was provided by them.
