After listening to the calls, I would like to share a few observations.
During your initial call, you contacted us regarding an email from our Ticketing Team requesting your passport details. As stated in the email, certain airlines require passport information before tickets can be issued. Although you mentioned that you had not received the email, our agent patiently explained the purpose of the request and provided assistance in a polite and professional manner.
During the conversation, comments were made regarding the location of one of our call centers in India. We would like to emphasis that we are a diverse organisation and 𝗗𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 tolerate discrimination of any kind based on 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. Our team members are committed to assisting all customers professionally and respectfully.
In a subsequent call, you raised concerns about the automated customer service email sent when tickets are issued. Although this is a standard notification sent to all customers, our agent made every effort to clarify the purpose of the email and to address your concerns. I also personally resent your e-ticket to ensure that you had all the required documents.
While we fully understand that travel arrangements can sometimes be stressful, we kindly ask that all communication with our staff remains respectful. Our agents are trained professionals, and 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲

Disappointed and unsure excuses are valid
Update - the response is nonsense, and nothing to do with the airline. The fare was still available to book on their website, just at a higher price. A company should have more integrity and admit that the issue was on their side and that they should never have sold the seat at the price they did. There is no accountability or true apology. They also need to accept that this matter resulted not just in the fare being higher, but due of the 24 hour window in which it took them to email me about the matter, other competitive fares I could have chosen elsewhere had also increased.
You have failed to acknowledge that you sent an email confirmation saying the booking is confirmed, not provisional subject to pending ticketing.
You have also implied that this is somehow my fault; ‘when a highly competitive airfare appears online, it is natural to try to secure it immediately’. I merely just booked the price you displayed, what else would you have me do? Was I supposed to wait? How long for? How do you book without natural immediacy? Your point is moot. Other OTA who work with integrity will make it clear on both their booking process and their booking confirmations if a booking is provisional subject to confirmation, yours does not.
You also have ignored the fact that you only emailed me about the issue because I still had not received the PNR for the flight and wanted to reserve seat. Had I not done this, I am unsure at what point your system would hand triggered your failure.
Companies that blame others for their own failures do not deserve custom. Even if this was in part due to the airline system, passing blame fully on to them is not acceptable.
Reduced to one star given they cannot accept any responsibility for the matter or true apology or acknowledgement of the knock on issues caused.
INITIAL REVIEW
Booked a flight online, received confirmation saying flight was confirmed, made other arrangements independently (accommodation, transfer).
“Unfortunately, due to inventory glitch on the airline's end, the booking could not be confirmed and the full refund has been initiated back to the original form of payment”
I don’t believe this. The flight has availability directly on the Airline website. The trust is more likely they made an error with the pricing.
Whilst I have a refund, the price of this flight is now considerably more via other suppliers.

Because it was such a great price for my flights I have waited to write this review to after my travel dates. The e-ticket was delivered by email within an hour or so from booking and showed in the carriers app immediately once I had that. My flight experience was exactly as expected. All in all a great service from Travel House.
