Despite contacting this company a number of times, I am unable to access my account and they seem incapable of fixing this or deleting it. Rather, they continue to harass me and try and take money from my account for products NOT ordered. Steer clear.

Spoke with a customer service advisor earlier today with regards to the a product I recently purchased - the lady was enormously knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly!

The level of service was so great to receive and definitely brighten up my windy Friday - huge thanks to the team! :)

I ordered a Christmas present for some one when there was a 20% discount offered if you spend over £100. I applied the discount when checking out but the full amount was taken out of my account. I emailed about it and got no response. I rang and spoke to some one who apologised that the discount was not appropriately applied and assured me I would see a refund for the discount amount within 10 working days. After 3 weeks I rang again and was told there was an error in their system and I should receive the refund within a week. It’s been another 3 weeks and I have received nothing. I’ve never left a bad review before but I have found this service terrible.
EDIT: The Urban Botanist got in contact to sort the above. They have now refunded me for the discount plus extra for the inconvenience.

Absolutely beautiful jar. Love it. Fast careful delivery. Highly recommend.

Received the advent calendar from my sister - what a joy! Beautifully presented and each day carefully wrapped. I loved the variety of cactus, succulents, air plants and bulbs. Something for everyone. My edible flowers that came as seeds are already sprouting. I would love to receive this again next year if it’s refreshed with new plants and varieties!

The bonsai I got is dead and no refund no replacement.

And I got it as a Xmas present. Imagine the joy when you think you bought sth that looked so nice in pictures only to reveal a dead plant.

I was given a Grande Ecosystem as a gift. It was supplied with a cork stopper that was not big enough, I called and was sent a replacement - of the same size, it fell through and damaged the plants.

Edit two weeks later and numerous calls and emails and they have sent a complete replacement which is very generous considering I just needed a bigger cork. Took way longer than it should have but overall I'm very happy with the terrarium and would order again.

Very prompt delivery, after I was let down at the last minute by another supplier on a similar order that I made. I should have gone to these guys first! Great quality and well protected packaging. A bit more guidance on how to arrange the plants would have been useful, but not a major problem. Will definitely order from The Urban Botanist again.

The terrarium I ordered came extremely well-wrapped and protected which was good as the box got bashed about in Xmas post! The plants are in excellent condition and seem very happy. I emailed a question when it arrived and got a prompt and helpful response so it's all good. My only query is about the LED lights: if they go inside the terrarium (which looks lovely), but you want to turn off at night in a bedroom, you would have to be opening the stopper every time to do this and isn't that bad for the ecosystem inside? So, still a bit confused on that one and we haven't opened the lights yet...but overall a lovely terrarium.

I was very pleased with the amethyst secret garden ecosystem, as it was a present . It was bigger than it looked in the picture . The recipient was impressed with the way it had been safely packed which is a nice change these days . I had it delivered a little early incase anything went wrong . Only one little request , it would be nice to have instructions with it and description of the plants in it .
I will have to buy one myself , very impressed .

Excellent terrarium delivered on agreed delivery date. Would recommend.

I received the Urban Advent Calendar as a moving in gift from my children and was very excited to open it. The first day was great with a hanging ceramic pot with succulent. The second was a bit confusing with lights and small wooden round. However, over the following days I opened up the windows to find some really nice pots and plants. Unfortunately, my excitement was dashed on opening up a window to see a bag of bulbs? Living in a space with no out door space I found this very disappointing, especially to find later two more days with the same "grow your own" plants. To top it off today the 24th, all ready for the big one, only to find a glittered twig with a stump of a sad air plant in a glass sphere! I too have taken images each day to send to my family, but too embarrassed to send todays. So disappointed overall with the quality and cost of the calendar. I would of asked for one next year but not so sure now. :(

This is such a beautiful product. Ordering easy, user-friendly page, prompt delivery & I think the recipient is going to love this Christmas present. But, the care details were not inside the box & the order form had fallen off the box on delivery. I have asked someone at customer care twice to email them to me but no joy. She was so nice & polite. Still, I wish they could be sent. Never mind, I’ll figure it out but the product is delightful

Really pleased with the gift I bought.Arrived on the day I requested and within the time slot .
Looks lovely.wrapped and packed well so it wasn’t damaged .

My ecosystem arrived really quickly and was beautifully packaged. It was a gift for my husband who is thrilled with it. Unfortunately the cork lid didn’t fit properly but the company responded instantly online and are sending out a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Had a problem with the order but The Urban Botanist’s customer services team resolved the issue very quickly and left me feeling very happy. The terrarium looks absolutely stunning and I will be recommending to others.

Originally I was disappointed with the ecosphere I received as it did not look like the picture and didn't have many plants in it but after emailing The Urban Botanist they immediately sent out some extra plants which I have now placed in the ecosphere and I am now very happy with the purchase and I am sure my brother will love his present.

I was a little underwhelmed when this arrived, not looking quite like the picture on the website.

I am amending my review from three stars to five on the strength of awesome customer service.
Urban botanist saw my redivide and contacted me the following day and addressed my issues.
Cant ask for anything more than that. 👍🏼👍🏼
