Best service ever
I went down with my Dyson vac which had blown up the day before (smoke came out whilst I was using it). I explained what had happened and the guy knew straight away what it was. He told me a brand new motor, new filters and a full service it would be ready in a couple of days. I rang my husband, he said go for it. I received a phone call to say it was ready for collection and my goodness, it’s just like the day I bought it over 15 years ago.
I would recommend this company to anyone as they do not rip you off or tell you untruths to get more money out of you.

Super helpful, got told by a different vac shop I couldn't fix my vac and have to buy it brand new as it was not able to be fixed, so I rang the vac shop to ask 1st before purchasing a new vac and he managed to fix my vac for £25!!!! Can tell thetr out to help you not money grabbing like some vac shops! Highly recommend.

I called about an old hoover junior which they don't cover BUT they gave freely, enthuisiastically and helpfully of their time and knowledge to put me on the right track to a solution. Definately my first port of call for vacs in the future
