After having an issue with my parcel due to DPD, Jane and Rhona couldn’t have been more helpful!
They explained the process for rectifying the problem clearly and actioned my choice extremely quickly! My problem was resolved the next working day and they included a lovely handwritten note inside for my inconvenience.
When you buy online, problems happen with couriers from time to time - it’s a relief to shop from somewhere that are on hand to help when things go amiss.
Can’t recommend enough for the great products and best in class customer service.

Delayed order on the hotest day #40c!!!
Always very happy with the service and my orders, however today’s delivery was exceptional.
My order had been delayed by the couriers on the hotest day on record #40c! Arrived a day late but It had been packed so well that everything was still chilled and frozen produce still frozen solid!
Excellent service once again!

Quick Delivery. Good Customer Service
I have given 4* out of 5* as I received a few damaged products. I have to say that they were polite, friendly, helpful and understanding about the issue and resolved it perfectly. The customer service was very good.
They have a very easy to use website site and a vast collection of items from food (chilled, cupboard and frozen), self care and household. I also loved that they had a discounted section for items approaching their use by and best before dates. I appreciate the fact they make an effort to reduce food waste.

Great range of products & fab customer service
Great range of products. I appreciate the next-day delivery service and my orders have always arrived secure, well packaged, and on schedule.
On a couple of occasions when there's been an issue with an item damaged in transit (through no fault of TVK), their customer service team has been really helpful and provided a refund or voucher.
The only issue I have is the responsiveness of the website - it can be unbelievably slow and oftentimes I have to refresh the page several times to get the items to display on-screen.
It would also be good if voucher/discount codes didn't disappear from the checkout page when you navigate back to the shop to add something that you've forgotten, thus having to re-enter them.
Minor tech issues, but hopefully useful feedback for the web team :)

Let down by deliveries and replacements
It really is such a shame, I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but every time I have ordered in the last 6 months there have been issues with delivery. Broken items, leaking items and missing items. The company always offer vouchers but refuse to resend missing items unless I buy another large order. It’s completely frustrating and I will no longer be shopping here.

We’re not able to offer replacements for individual items due to environmental reasons, and as a small business it’s not sustainable for us to cover the additional shipping, dry ice and recycled insulated packaging costs - we hope you can understand!

Absolute scam
I was very excited to order a box of amazing looking vegan snacks and paid a large shipping fee to have it sent to the US but out of the 18 snacks I ordered, I only received 2 of them along with 4 items that weren't even vegan and that I never ordered. This store is not vegan and will not give you the items that you purchased.

We have in the past come across situations where parcels get damaged in transit and the wrong items are packed back into the wrong boxes. What a horrible mix up!
