I have recently got into cocktails, after reading a book I had bought (Spirited) so to me some strange bottles, but I make a list and look them up on the Whisky exchange site, and there they all are, they have everything I've looked for so far, and great free delivery over a certain price,and everything packed neatly and safe, anyone with a home bar, like myself, I would highly recommend the Whisky exchange 😀 for whatever bottle you want. Customer care was good
Customer care was good. DPD (courier) was useless. Two attempts to deliver to the wrong house despite being given directions. The lady at TWE was very helpful. Third attempt with Parcel Force was successful.

Great company to deal with
I have always found the Whisky Exchange to be easy to deal with, they almost always have what I’m looking for, the products are very securely packaged and delivery is quick; and when I did have an issue with a defective bottle it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I have no problem with recommending the company.

Very happy customer
Just before 7pm, and before getting the train home from London, I popped into the Bedford Street store.
They kindly went downstairs to get the two bottles that I was hoping to purchase. They closed the store on time at 7pm, whilst I got on the train very happy with a bottle of VAT69 and a bottle of Cutty Sark Prohibition.
Their knowledge and helpfulness were the best of old fashioned service.
