Everything was seamless until I got the notification that Evri were expecting the parcel. I find it bemusing that premium brands would use a logistics partner such as Evri, let’s hope my order turns up. Only thing stopping a 5* review.

The White Company provides an excellent service throughout. The staff are so helpful, both in store and over the phone and the ordering and delivery of goods is among the best I think. I love the quality of the items they sell, especially their bedding. It is expensive but well worth it for that little bit of luxury

Terrible customer support
Contacted customer support as I couldn't locate the delivery, despite the delivery company saying that the package had been delivered. Customer support provided no assistance apart from saying that the package had been delivered and that no refund or replacement would be issued - which I didn't ask for. Won't be buying from them again

Good sale offers, fair descriptions of sizes, good quality products and speedy delivery from point of order.
However could be better packaged.

Beautiful Gift Box
Ordered a beautiful gift box for a birthday gift. Decided to go with their own wrapping service and white box with ribbon. Really lovely and even the outer brown box packaging says White Company inside, makes it feel a little special. Well done White Company.
