I ordered package as part of Birthday…
I ordered package as part of Birthday gift (last Tuesday), prior to ordering I participated in online chat to ensure parcel would arrive within the 2-3 days specified as it was required for today, I was assured it would.
I received no correspondence from The White Company so instigated another online chat after 3 days (last Friday) and requested order was to be cancelled for a refund if it wasn’t going to arrive before yesterday, I was assured this time that the parcel was ready to be dispatched and would be delivered within 24hours so would arrive in Saturday.
I’m now at day 6 and still no delivery.
Today I had to drive the closest store today which is almost 30mile round trip to purchase another gift.
I’m very disappointed in the recent correspondence as would not have placed the order initially if I had not been reassured that the item would arrive within 2-3 days.

I had an amazing customer experience…
I had an amazing customer experience with your sales associate Kara in Bicester village this past Saturday. She was the one who, upon looking that sizes weren’t available ordered them for me. She was honestly amazing and I ordered more things that I originally intended due to her excellent level of customer service and attentiveness. Her level of customer interaction was amazing and I would love for it to be highlighted to her store management team!

I paid £7.99 for next day but arrived late
On Thursday 23rd July I paid £7.99 for next day delivery. The sight said order before 11pm for next day delivery. I ordered before 11pm but they only offered Saturday 25th delivery date. I did not receive my order by Saturday 25th. It arrived Monday 27th. I had a personalised messaged for my nieces birthday gift but had to buy a last minute gift as my order didn’t arrive on time as planned.

Easy website to navigate and order items.
Delivery - good choices to receive goods so no waiting in for the delivery.
Can't fault it, sent an item back had to pay for the package but that's OK because delivery to me was free.
Return dealt with promptly and refunded within a few days.
