POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
After ordering a new bed we decided to visit the Solihull branch to buy 2 to 3 sets of complete new bedding including pillows.
On arrival we noticed there was no lift to the 2nd floor, unfortunately my wife has mobility problems.
We managed to make it upstairs only to find the majority of bedding was out of stock, we could buy a quilt cover but no matching pillow cases, the pillows we chose were out of stock, no pillow case protectors in stock or online.
Our experience continued to decline with the lack of stock in store, some items being out of stock online....
I feel the store assistants could have provided a better 1 to 1 service considering my wife's disability and offered to bring items down from the second floor for her to look at.
I would expect a trusted brand to be able to manage better stock levels in store.
Overall a long trip to visit the store to encounter a very poor level of service with very limited stock.
