Swift delivery of the wrong part... down to my stupidity! Great customer service guy sorted me out straight away and had the correct part on its way as soon as he put the phone down.

My wingmirrors turned up within 3 days - great...but I thought they weren't correct, so I rang and they whatsapped me for photos...they were really quick and I actually spoke to a human within minutes. Turns out I was wrong...and the mirrors were right, so all's well and I was very impressed with the speed of, and professionalism of the tel call and delivery. Definitely will recommend them...and buy again from them when needed.

I had the misfortune of them sending the wrong mirror. The delivery note was correct so I dont know if it was incorrectly picked.
After an email to them explaining the error (with me including a photo of my mirror to theirs) they dispatched the correct mirror the same day and I received it the next day.

Fabulous service- great product!
I had my door mirror “liberated” whilst my car was parked in an unsecured car park. The wingmirrorcompany came up and I saw their mirrors are OEM, which was reassuring. The mirror came on an adhesive pad and arrived the very next day after ordering as promised - well worth it. Back on the road in a jiffy!

Delivered was as expected, I fitted the mirror but the first time I used my car the mirror fell off only 100 yds down the road.
I reported this to the wingmirror Co and they sent me another mirror delivered next day.
I fitted the replacement straight away, used the car and 70 miles later it’s still there so hopefully problem solved.
So at the end of the day I had a problem with the goods but it was resolved very quickly.
Excellent service.

I smashed my wing mirror on a bin Monday morning, ordered the new replacement glass that day and received Wednesday. Came home from work and fitted it this evening! It was so easy to do and fits my civic perfectly! Got one with the heating pad so that my car didn't loose that feature and cannot recommend this company enough!

Turned out my Peugeot was actually a slightly earlier version than 2009, so initially had incorrect mirrors, but customer service responded perfectly replacing with the correct ones very quickly. Great service thanks 👍

Excellent service, I was unsure how fix the glass to my wing mirror, as the you tube videos stated need extra clips, however after a few emails I was able to fix the glass without the need for extra clips.

Excellent service, I received the wrong mirror (my fault)!! I contacted customer service and they sent the correct one out the same day and it was here the next day - which was vital as I drive a van and it was unsafe without the wing mirror. This is the second time I've used them and I cannot fault their service. Quality product too.

Great helpful staff, amazingly fast turn around for putting a replacement mirror in holder for our motorhome…. Really good company to deal with.
