My experience with this business was first class. Easy to navigate the website and place the order, the goods arrived the next day, they fitted perfectly, and all at a very reasonable price.
No hesitation to recommend to others

I’d previously gone to a Halfords store, they were out of stock and couldn’t/wouldn’t order for me

I’d then gone to another local accessory supplier, and they could only supply a mirror with a backing plate, which was twice the price and not what I needed

I can honestly say the guys at this company are the most helping people I have ever come across .
The unit was identical to OE you would never know !

I originally went for a replacement back cover and it turns out I need the full unit .
When I turned up again the gentleman even offered to help me swap it out .

Great and easy to use website and a rapid delivery.

I ordered a new wing mirror. It went straight to the bodyshop with other parts for painting and fitting. When I went to collect the car I was told that they hadn't fitted the glass as it was cracked, but had painted and fitted the housing. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a replacement due to the assembly being painted and fitted, but I was sent some replacement glass, no questions asked, that turned up in less than 48 hrs. Very impressed, would definitely use again

Complete rubbish. Sent me the wrong mirror. When I called to tell them this, I heard toilet flushing sounds and laughter. Absolutely contemptible behaviour.

Customer service excellent. Sent wrong mirror glass first time,because volvo V70 between 2000 to 2006 apparently had 2 different sizes. When I phoned up to say that it was the wrong size,the person who answered the phone was very polite and said no worries,just post 'return to sender ' and I'll send the other size today. They were as good as their word and I received the correct glass 2 days later. So congratulations on the service I got. So rare in todays world!!

Wrong part sent out at first, emailed the company they replied very quickly and sent out the correct part, it arrived the next day. Outstanding service and would definitely recommend.

I had a disappointing experience initially with the WMC. Despite paying extra for next-day delivery, my order didn't arrive on time, and I received no confirmation or prompt response to my inquiries.

Eventually, I got an apology and a refund for the delivery cost due to a PayPal error. While I appreciate the gesture, the delay and inconvenience were frustrating. I hope the company improves its processes to avoid such issues in the future.

Update- no response to promise of 50% refund.

I accidentally ordered the incorrect side mirror for my car. Upon receipt I contacted The Wing Mirror Company and they were very accommodating in sending me a new set with a return label for the incorrect mirrors. I am so happy I contacted them and got what I needed. Hassle free and at a very affordable price. I highly recommend The Wing Mirror Company. Great prices and excellent after sales service. Delivered today only 24 hours after a regular order yesterday. Had to replace mirrors after they were stolen and insurance company are booked for mid April earliest. Safe to drive again. Awesome.
