Excellent company
I ordered this watch for my husband as a 40th Wedding anniversary gift. I had our names and date of our wedding engraved on the back.
The watch is beautiful and my husband was really pleased with it.
Ordering online was quick and easy and it was delivered really quickly too.
The watch was a little bit too big, but they included a tool and instructions on how to remove links to make it smaller, which my husband found really easy to do. I would highly recommend this company, as their service is very high quality.

When you reported the issue, we responsed within 24 working hours with a solution of providing a full replacement of the strap which the majority of customers are happy with. In this situation you preferred to return your watch for a refund which is currently in progress. I am a little disapointed that you've chosen to review us negatively, which i feel is a little harsh, as a small family run business we rely heavily on positive communications with customers and I am sorry that you feel so unhappy with the service/product from us but I am not sure what else we could have done to keep you happy. I ordered a watch for my dads 80th birthday, had it engraved too. It's amazing, great quality and lovely and smooth. My dad won't see it until next month when it's his birthday
