Great company.

Delivery late lost days pay plus car smelled of wet dog and dirty socks and not valeted properly had to pay 50 pound to have carpets shampoed and 10 to change cabin filter all for the small price of £5.095.00 a ford focus shame as i really like the car exept i have to drive with the window open and smell still there .Not happy and thinking of canceling contract as in within my 14 day cancelation why would they send vehicles out like this i didnt expect this as i have bought other used vehicles on finance before and at least they make a effort to make sure the vehicle is clean .
This was dirty on the outside and the driver deliverd it handed me the keys and left the stink was overpowering as soon as i opened the door thats not what i expect for paying 5k plus they had the cheek to charge me 100 pound for the privilege of delivery even thought taking a car that smells like a wet dog. Iam too ashamed to even let my partner sit in it GUTTED.

Wanted a certain car for ages contacted these guys and I have a gorgeous 2015 plate one with only 35k miles on the clock perfect mot history no advisories drives lovely, Matt went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful, is the car perfect no it has a few marks but nothing more than annoying for a lovely car

In love with my new car, and the help from Amber the sales lady. She was amazing and ensured all the scratches were sorted out on my car before I took it home !
I was still able to get my car 2 days after so the team sorted the body work our very quick.

I don't like having to leave a bad review but I have to on this occasion its warranted, The after sales on my case has been crap, and needs to sorted. I bought a car from them and within three days of owning the car I noticed a fault and contacted them and all I got from the team was speak to the warranty company and nothing eles its like they were expecting the call there has be no apologies and no feedback absolutely nothing, won't take phone calls, do not answer text etc, it's been fortunate that the credit company have had my back and the warranty company have agreed to finally pay for the repairs etc after two weeks of stressful back and forth calls between the credit company and the warranty company.
So a warning to others thinking of buying from world of cars think hard because they apparently do 120 point check on there cars but didn't notice the exhaust had a spit, the gearbox was wining and needed a compete overall, fortunately I knew a little about cars and knew that it wasn't normal anyone not knowing would of driven it for the 3 months till the warranty ran out and six months later would have had a massive bill to pay, also the car had been resprayed on the front to hide some front end damage which I wasn't told about until the mechanic pointed it out
To World of cars I willing to take this down if you would get in touch and give me an apologise for the stress that you have caused me this should have been an exciting time owing a new car but turned into a big ball of stress.

I've brought a few cars in my time and decided to try these guys a go. Only needed a small car as a nip around. At first I brought a mini. Had it delivered and from then onwards had issues with the car got those sorted. But still had issues. So I decided I wasent happy with the car at all. I initially dealt with Amber so contacted her directly and she went above and beyond. I exchanged my car for another small car and wow so farcso good no quibbles from Amber and the world of cars. I arranged a day to go and swap over and all good. These guys at this garage went above and beyond and I think I will come here again when it's time to change have a good selection of cars to choose from and I think they will even source a car if needed. Thankyou world of cars see you again in the future

World of Cars are all over you like a rash until you sign and then their customer service goes straight out of the window. Bought a car less than 2 weeks ago and it’s going into the garage on Wednesday due to exhaust sheering off and steering faults. I tried contacting World of Cars by email, several times, only to be ignored, also tried calling several times but nobody picked up the phone. Also requested a managers name but again ignored. If you want quality cars and excellent customer service, I would look elsewhere. I felt that I needed to come back regarding this company and adjust my rating to one star, if I could give zero stars then I would. My car has been deemed dangerous to drive but World of Cars or Go Car Credit do not seem to think that it is an urgent problem. To say I am fed up and upset is an understatement.

What can I say excellent communication from start to finish...
Amber was always on hand when ever I needed to contact her until the day I picked my car up.
The bloke who dealt with me the day I went and picked my car up (forgot his name 🙈) was really friendly and helpful he didn't let me leave until I was 100% with the car which I was and still am...

I bought a car which when inspected was found to have been involved in an accident and was deemed to be dangerous. It was a real battle to get them to take the car back and to refund my money. Not only did they sell me a dangerous car with a whole series of faults which endangered my families lives they also 'amended' the paperwork which tricked me out of £417. I would not trust this dealer again.

Was sold a car that doesn't work properly, didn't come with a battery cover and the engine is making a funny sound. currently going through a battle to get the company to take the car back and refund me, on a better note Amber from the sales team was amazing and did everything she could to ensure the purchasing process was easy. However based on the actual car-wouldn't recommend.

Amber is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, kept me informed of every step in the purchase process from choosing the car online to arranging contact free collection. Also spoke to several other members of the team who were all very helpful, polite and efficient. Reasonable price for such a nice car with excellent warranty offered. Car feels like a brand new one despite being 10 years old. Will certainly look at buying from you again in a few years time. 5 stars!
