Good supportive bra for my post surgery breast augmentation.

Excellent speedy service. Good quality product.

These bras feel so good and don't rub either of my incisions. There was a shipping problem that was fixed with an email. Wish I knew about these bamboo bras earlier but they are really helping now. I will purchase more.

I was a bit disappointed to realise that they have a policy of no returns because they are healthcare items. I understand that, but there were two issues- it includes bras- which cannot be tried on in advance of deciding to buy - and the wording is hard to find, it's not obvious when you order that the company doesn't accept returns- , which doesn't seem reasonable. However, they were extremely helpful and did offer a refund when they didn't have the next size in stock- overall very good service-

Delighted with the excellent products and the professional service. Easy to order, very fast delivery and I was notified of when my products had been dispatched and expected delivery information.

Update: I have been speaking to Celia, who asked me to return the bra to them and on this occasion, due to delay because of an IT error, they would issue a refund. Unfortunately, I returned the item to the only address on the invoice, which is not the correct address. Celia was great, and I had a tracking parcel number as proof of postage and I have received a full refund. Thank you for your help Celia, it is greatly appreciated.

The Mastectomy bra did not fit. So asked via email for help and how I go about returning it. It has been a week and have had no correspondence from Theya Healthcare, as you can imagine it is a difficult time for me and these bras are not cheap, I expected more from this company.

Very quick service and would have been next day delivery except for UPS delaying delivery for another 3 days.

The product is very good fits lovely and comfortable. The customer support service was excellent and they answered my emails promptly. When my return got lost it was dealt with and I have received my product and I am happy with it

Ordered white & black Fleur back fastening bras & am extremely happy with the fit & wonderful softness against the skin. I then ordered a Vanilla Fleur as I had to go back into hospital for a re-excision but it wasn't the same fit & was too big. I emailed customer service & in the very prompt reply they apologised & sent out another white one in exchange the same day & insisted I keep the vanilla one as a sleeping bra as a gesture of goodwill. 10\10 for customer service & for the products, Can highly recommend.

Really helpful customer service before I made the purchase helping me select the right size. I bought this bra for my Mum after her breast surgery and she is really happy with it, says she could wear it when she couldn't have worn her other bras because of seams. It is really soft material and looks lovely.
