I asked for a schematic diagram of my battery installation so I could satisfy British Gas and get my fit payment started again.My information was passed to Amber and as yet I have not had a reply.
I have been trying to restore my fit payment since January this year and all I keep getting from British Gas is another requirement.Please help

Had a phonecall advising that they could cover and service our system. We have Solar Thermal, Solar PV, Airsource heat pump and inverter and batteries. We advised that we had lost our Feed in tariff. Over the call they advised that they would be able to assist us in regaining the FIT and this was just a review. I advised that I did not want someone in my house for hours trying to get us to sign up to something. I was reassured that they were governed by regulations that do not allow this to happen. Well a guy turned up and seemed to be comfortable to be begin with. Very quickly he wanted to go through all of the systems and was finding faults everywhere. the Solar thermal needed to be recharged and serviced =£400 as part of a 10 year contract costing £4,000. He looked at our PV system and told me one of the strings was broken and work need to be conducted on the panels again a further £400 also as part of a 10 year contract costing a further £4,000. The heat pump was also going to be another £4,000 - 10 year contract.
When I said I needed time to think about all of this as it is a lot of money, he became a little aggressive in his attitude. He offered to do a 3 for 2 but we still said not at this moment. 2 hours he was in my home and I told him he was intimidatory and he had to leave.
A few days later he called and when I told him I had arranged for someone else to review our systems he was not pleasant. I told him again that I found his attitude intimidatory and hung up.
I have since, had all of my systems reviewed and found that they are all good, and the next service should be in 2 years time. We are looking into reinstating the FIT.

Our air source heat pump was recently serviced, we have used this company for years and never had any issues.

Always very helpful. I have been a customer for many years now. I currently have a 10 year service agreement and as I need to upgrade or add to my solar system someone will come to advise to make sure my decision is thought out and sustainable.

I had a new fuse box fitted. The engineers came on time and did an excellent tidy job. I thought the cost was quite expensive but it was explained to me what was involved, with solar panels and FiT meter. Unfortunately had to have a return visit because one circuit didn't work and we had no lights.

Other than the installation being late on the day everything else was very pleasant. Our battery system is now working and hopefully we see some savings.

Had our fuse board upgraded and also our air source heat pump services, the service was very quick! Great communication throughout.

As dayliight was fading and rain starting to fall the
cleaning of the roof panels was postponed, and I
was promised someone else would clean them very soon. I am still waiting.

Think Green Partners called last Friday for our annual system check. They found an issue with the inverter and replaced it for free within a week. Excellent service since we signed up!

I also got a cold call from someone claiming to be from this company. Their number turned out to be withheld which is very suspicious. They claimed to be the successor to the firm which installed our solar panels over 10 years ago and that we were due for a refund of some sort from the guarantee. This seems an very unlikely story. They plan to come around to see us in a couple of days - I think this is a visit we shall refuse. I assume they want to tell us our panels need to be replaced and that they will be happy to sell us new ones!

TGP has been great from installation to support. They replaced our solar converter four years ago and have helped ever since.
