From installation to customer service, TGP has always been reliable. They replaced our solar converter four years ago and have helped with any issues ever since.

We received a call for a system check, discussed battery options, and placed an order. The installation was done the very next day, fast and professional service.

TGP has always provided excellent maintenance. With our 10-year coverage, they recently installed bird-proofing around the panels. When scaffolding was needed, TGP covered the cost, and the job was completed smoothly.

We undertook a maintenance package with think green, our solar panels had not worked for months once the scaffolding had gone up they realized 3 of our panels needed changing to our surprise new panels were fitted within 2 weeks and now our system is working again, excellent service.

Very efficient. We had our inverter changed the guys knew exactly what to do and checked we was happy with everything before leaving, from poor experience in the past its nice to see good service!

Professional, great work

The day that the engineers arrived on site, they explained clearly what was going to happen, and the way that they conducted themselves was very professional. And when the work was completed, they even helped and explained how to set up the app on my phone, and before leaving making sure it was working. I am also very pleased with how the company contacted me, explaining everything clearing, and also listening to my requirements, and I can say that the whole process went very smoothly, and am happy with the whole set up.

I have had solar panels for 12 years and nobody in this industry impressed me until Josh from Think Green Partners came along. His expertise and knowledge is immense and I was satisfied installing batteries to my panels was advantageous. In two days all work was done and paid for. Two young installers Harrison and Aron, competent and professional, thank you.

There are quite a few PV-Solar companies 'out there' - some OK, some incompetent, and some downright fraudulent. Think Green Partners (TGP) stands out as one that has been around for some time, is honest, genuine reliable and competent. It is a testament to the latter qualities that we (in Sandhurst, Berks) have had a number of phone calls from dishonest people purporting to work for TGP, but clearly do not, simply using TGP's good name. If you are considering installing or modifying PV-Solar facilities I would recommend TGP.

After getting scam calls in the past we was very sceptical when thing green called and we hesitation we agreed to take out maintenance cover on our solar panels, 2 days later scaffolding was up and the repairs was completed our system is now working again great service

Cannot fault the 2 engineers who worked effortlessly for hours! We now have 2 new batteries installed.

Growatt battery installed this week with no hassle however cannot comment on savings yet

Our inverter for our solar panels was changed last week, we already had maintenance in place so when the inverter it packed up it only took tgp a week to get a new one fitted at no cost

The person visiting today was extremely arrogant as to a point of rudeness. He lied about his "right to touch" equipment, for example, he claimed that you had installed a battery that was only installed last week!
I am reporting the incident to organisations that you claim membership (Trading Standards".
