Two very enthusiastic technicians who quickly analysed the problems and will return tomorrow to fix them.

Unsolicited phone call that had the telephone number concealed as 'Withheld'!
Female caller who had partial information, but not complete, and was unaware that my PV installation (by a different firm) had been fully operational for many months!
No idea what was the purpose of the call but if it was intended as in any way a 'sales' call then it is illegal to hide the phone number!
Really helpful. Preet is great on the phone and gets things sorted....
Solar sorted
Thermodynamics fixed and works well
Good stuff - keep it up :-)
ps do I get a discount on my battery now? :-)

Good work from the installers, once our battery was installed they took time to explain how the app features work. This is great service.

Salesmen do not make it clear to customers that think green partners is actually anything to do with global green partners limited. The fact that the company says this on their website the salespeople should be transparent at the time as the customer is not looking at a website but talking face to face with a company representative. Think Green Partners limited is a dormant company which is owned and registered by the same directors at the same address as Global Green Partners limited .
Why the smoke screen. ?
The salesman claimed that there was a significant fault on the system that required the 90 year old customer to pay £4000 so that it could be repaired and the money needed to be paid immediately.
No documentation was left providing any details of the fault , the salesman would not leave the property until the customer got very angry and distressed and finally got them to leave . ( no pressure sales then)
The system has now been checked by an independent company who have confirmed there are no faults present.
Matter has been reported to Trading Standards for further investigation.
Further Update .
Think Green Partners have 2 entries as non registered companies both with the same telephone number and the same as Global Green Partners limited. The think green Partners are recorded at 2 different address and have different reference numbers NLK15952997 and NLK15418396 one is recorded as maximum risk and has a CCJ against it . Clearly the same people are responsible for all.
Also Checked accreditations , they show NICEIC certified but on checking the NICEIC site non of these companies are found in the search as NICEIC certified.
Also checked MCS with the same result.

Cold call, all went well to start with. Agreed to the price and paid in full. Monies taken immediately. Date set for new unit and panel clean. Three scruffy young lads turn up in a dirty white van with a large penis graffiti on the back, no company ID, no uniforms, no personal ID, no paperwork. I suggested the van needed a clean, much giggling, graffiti wiped off by one lad's sleeve, more giggling, so I cancelled. Not prepared to have these individuals working on my property. Turns out, 2 were work experience, not employed by the company, therefore not insured for work or damage to my property or themselves. Told them to leave. More graffiti drawn, boobs this time. My husband received a very rude, aggressive phone call from the 'boss', so bad he had to tell him to shut up, otherwise he would hang up. Whilst on the call, he witnessed the new graffiti being drawn. In a later conversation, it was suggested the graffiti might have been done whilst they were parked on the earlier job, no way, one giggling boy pointed to another and said 'he did it'.
We had paid in full on the 22.10.24, cancelled on 28.10.24 finally received refund on 15.11.24. They did not even fulfil their own terms and conditions. We have lived in this house since 1977, obviously over the years spent thousand maintaining and improving it. This has been the worst experience we have ever had.
Got a cold call from TGP regarding a storage battery for my solar set up,guy turned up (really nice fellow mark b )
Got down to price as i know what i wanted and then he rung his boss up to see what he could do with price etc and his boss then tells him and myself the batteries wont be in untill maybe Jan/feb next year...I felt sorry for mark as he did not know and should of been told before setting out to come to me
Jeez what a waste of time, why send a man round to sell something thats not going to be in stock for 3 months...not happy at all.
His boss would not give me a price, when i offered to pay on the price on todays value to secure a battery when they do get back on the shevles, but would not agree...not a good way to premote your company.

Received a cold call today and when I asked where insurance for the system was held, they told me I was a time waster and hung up. Caller had difficulty explaining what MCS was as they say they are registered with MCS. So I did a search on MCS Web Site and could not find Think Green Partners. They also say they are NICEIC Approved Contractor but Think Green Partners did not come up in a search. I am just curious why?
Caveat Emptor comes to mind.
For further information.
Think Green Partners is a Trading Name and published Dormant Accounts with Companies House 23rd August 2024 - Most interesting.
NICEIC and MCS are registered to the company name Global Green Partners. TGP Web site says Global Green Partners trading as Think Green Partners in the small print. So do NICEIC and MCS apply to Think Green Partners or just Global Green Partners? Who is design, installation and warranty insurance with? I am sure all will become clear but it is very confusing for a customer doing due diligence before placing an order?
