Great installation and demonstration of battery now working

Cant fault TGP, we had a battery ordered and the installation was alot harder than orginally planned however after 3 seperate visits we now have a working system. On every occasion the communication has been good and even though things did not go as planned tgp have been good to work with.

After being let down so many times by solar companies I can easily say dealing with think green partners has been a delight. They installed my battery system over a year ago and we added more batteries recently, just like orginal installation the communication was good and installation was done with no issues. Thanks again to the guys at tgp.

Very impressed with the tidiness of solar battery installation! I wasnt around during the visit however they called me and went through the app and everything looks good! A company I would certainly use again.

Had my solar panels installed by TGP and from what I can see everything is working well, the everything has bene done within the time frame. The installer was a little late on day of installation however everything was finisher on time.

I cannot fault the service at all, Think green installed my battery system with no issues, they have talked me through how the system works and now I can hopefully save some money.

TGP have always been helpful with solving issues, recently we had a new WiFi and they came out to get our solar panels back online. Excellent service again

The installers tunred up on time and installed our new voltage optimisation device, the communication has been great and the guys was tidy

Had a battery system installed this week, cant fault the speed. We placed order last week and installation went well!

Haven't experienced a worse company, contacted Parents (Over 80) via cold calling, sold them a 10 year maintenance package for what essentially was an inverter replacement. Had parents sign to start work withing 14 day cooling period. Customer service was rude when asking cancellation questions.

Avoid this company.

The engineer arrived within the time specified and, over the next few hours fitted a new battery and control unit for my solar panels.
Installation was smartly done and tidily fitted alongside my solar panel control unit.
No problem with fittings!

This Company is well organised helpful and knowledgeable. The installation went very well with an explanation of how things worked.
Head Office was very efficient and helpful.
The only slight hitch was the changing twice of the estimated time of installation this was a minor problem that is always liable to happen.

I want to thank Preet for organising Nick the engineer to come to our home and remove a faulty Battery for our Solar panels.
Preet has worked hard to arrange for a replacement Battery which is coming on the 9th September.
We appreciate her help in keeping us informed of progress, which is professional and what you expect from a first class company. There is also a suggestion that we may be compensated for the three months when it did not work.

The installer turned up within the allocated time frame and were helpful with the installation and they did a good tidy fit. They cleared all packaging and all sundry materials. A full explanation was given on how the system worked and looking to see how much money I’m going to start saving

Similar to the last review on a bad hard sale experience.
I received a letter offering a free review of my solar panel system as they had previously supplied parts to my house (before I owned it). I checked the company out online and decided to email them for more information. I got a call straight away offering a home visit the same week. I questioned the urgency and why they were offering a review. Eventually, I agreed on a visit.
On the day the salesman called to ask to come earlier which I said no to, I was working, he arrived early ringing the bell twice and looking through the window to see I was on a work call. He waited outside until I opened the door a while later.
He looked at the equipment in the loft, took pictures without consent and within five minutes had finished and went into a hard sell which was inappropriate. I was glad when he left and wished I had not responded to the letter.
I hope others will learn from my mistake.

FROM THE INITIAL VISIT OF THE SURVEYER TO THE ACTUAL FITTING ON THE ROOF BY THE TECHIES ALL WENT SMOOTHLY (AS I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM TGP)

With the installation of batteries for the storage of solar energy by TGP I can say that all personal that I have had contact with have been courteous,very friendly and helpful.
I have no reservations in recommending them.

Preet was very helpful in solving my problems.

Received a cold call from a "Private Caller". The caller claimed that he was offering help to recover money for inverter warranty where the installer has ceased trading. Caller would not explain where they had obtained my number or whether they did a TPS check before calling. Caller claimed it was not a cold call as he wasn't selling anything - wrong! When asked the name of his company, he said, "Think Green Partners", based in Hainault.

When these guys rang about solar battery, I was skeptical having heard these things before. However, the 2 guys who arrived knew their onions. We had a long debate about economics and it turns out to give a potentially better return than a cash ISA.

The installation went well (I wanted the battery outside) and apart from some brick dust, all was neat and tidy.

The only glitch was a misunderstanding about payment. The T&C say payment is due after . . . commissioning. To me that means all functions are tested. TGP think otherwise. However the 10 year guarantee and buying on a credit card should look after that.

And the price was competitive.
