Thinkitsimple were able to find me a much cheaper deal with a new supplier than i was previously on.
A very lovely young lady called Francesca made it a very simple and smooth process, so thank you to her.
If i need help with any other utilities in the future i will be sure to ask Thinkitsimple to help. I recomend giving them a try.

I can't get to speak to their legal team and now I realise it was too good to be true. A shame as initially the staff were extremely helpful but now I'm a customer they are letting me down completely

I had a call from Francesca from 'Think it Simple' who managed to save approximately 40% on my current Electricity Charges per annum. I am usually defensive when receiving cold calls but I found Francesca to be an honest and genuine person who explained things very clearly to me. Unlike most other people she never seemed to use a predetermined script but spoke very naturally and knowledgably on the subject. It's a shame that everyone isn't like Francesca.

I had fibre cable installed two years ago because mobile phones don't really work out here. She said they would send a router and phone to connect to my full fibre. I had to call them for confirmation of what they were supplying, a week later had an email, said they were sending Broadband: Unlimited Broadband 4G & Business VOIP. Called them said I wanted a Full Fibre Package not a wireless internet service that uses a 4G network to provide internet access wherever there is a 4G signal as the signal is no good here. They went ahead anyway. Luckily I contacted another company and got what i needed. However now being billed by Daisy for both, the one I want XLM & the one I don't want. Think it Simple has just put another order in to Daisy (who contacted me to confirm order) for another Broadband: Unlimited Broadband 4G & Business VOIP for me without my knowledge.
Looks like I have to get in touch with Ofcom to get my money back. no stars.

Couldn’t recommend Think it simple enough. Great service provided which makes all the difference and I am now saving money for my business. Shoutout to Francesca and Courtney for all of their help.

Very approachable company. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. Questions were answered with patience even when asked more than once. They were most helpful in helping set up equipment (especially Courtney) explaining everything as they went along. There were lots of hiccups which they worked through encouragingly. A really satisfying team to work with.
