Thiry paints has no return policy for unused goods.

To obtain Gerflor products I needed to go to a store where I was advised to buy one package more then I needed (value 70 euros). That store was Thiry Paints. They failed to inform me that returning the Gerflor product would cost me 160 euros in return fees.

If you shop at Thiry Paints, please ask how much it will cost to return something and decide on what you buy there accordingly. Personally I will no longer shop at Thiry Paints and will certainly not advise anybody to shop there.
