Remember this name, make a note or even draw this name.. but Never! Never travel with this company!
The most rude, aggressive and unprofessional crew I’ve ever seen!
The plane was dirty with some white spots on the seats.
Cabin crew is late with food and drinks distribution, because very busy with market salings.. nobody reacting on assistance button call at all! Cabin crew kicking your elbows when passing rapid between seats without any reaction and apologies.

And I have personal story (incident) what happened to me and my friends during the flight from Stockholm to Punta Cana on 3rd December when cabin crew was ignoring passengers and cocked my elbow while I was eating so the food scattering on me and cabin crew didn’t stop to take a look what happened and advised to keep my hands in some spacial position when eat when I complained regarding that incident.
And another one incident on happened on our way from Punta Cana to Copenhagen on 17th December when one of cabin crew didn’t trust to my friend that he turned his mobile to flight mode already. She was maximum rude and aggressive! Was shouting on my friend and most terrible the chief cabin crew was covering her colleague and just was trolling and spoke mockingly with us. In the end of flight Chief of cabin crew refused to give us the name of aggressive crew and told that her Scandinavian culture is different from my and my friends and that we must follow their rules and culture. Then guilty cabin crew start scoop up hand of my friend when he tried to take her name.. she was promising some problems to us..and other cabin crew pushed (bulling) my friend too, when he was leaving the board.

Lost Luggage

Flying from Las Palmas GC to Belfast on 16th Nov 2015. Missing suitcase at Belfast. Informed it was still in Las Palmas and it would be put on flight to Tenerife for onward delivery to Belfast on Tuesday. Didn't arrive??
It eventually got to Belfast after dozens of phone calls on Fri 20th Nov. They have refused to deliver it until Tues 24th Nov, because that's when their courier delivers. What kind of service is this??????. Contacted customer services on several occassions, what a waste of time that was.
It was a case of the 'The Computer says Noooooooo'

First and LAST Time We Will Ever Fly With Thomas Cook.

Okay, so if you're planning a long haul flight, be sure to ask several questions to the travel agent BEFORE paying. Please read on for those questions... and sorry in advance for the essay.

Me and my Fiance have been back from Las Vegas for a week now and we're finally settling back in to normality, however, this isn't what this is about. In October 2014, we wanted an experience of a lifetime which was to go to Las Vegas to in October 2015. At the time, we was told we would be on the 'new' Thomas Cook Airbus A330 which was terrific at the time. We also found out that we get two meals, refreshments, 36 movies to choose from, a choice of tv shows/ music and the usual on-flight Duty Free. This was brilliant! I tell you what, lets pay that £2,439.40p and be gone.
October comes, we board the Airbus A330 and it is stunning.... only for a certain length of time. It even had a downstairs to the toilet, very posh. We get settled, looked at what movies to watch on the way, only to find out there are 5 available, 3 were foreign. You actually have to PAY to access the movies which is £4 to upgrade per person, this includes music and tv programs (completely mis-sold). There aren't any new films either, so don't get your hopes up. No blankets were offered, no pillows or headphones unless you asked. The blankets actually ran out. The food eventually came round, a choice of chicken or beef both with vegetables - get neither, its very dry and i'm not just saying this. I didn't even have a drink with me at the time, and when I asked, the fella said I had to wait until they come back around. Hold on.... you're saying you serve the ENTIRE plane the food and I have to wait 45 minutes for a drink? Yes, that's what happened. So, when I mentioned earlier about refreshments throughout the flight being included, you actually had to pay for them too. £2.50 for a bottle of orange the size of hand. If you want a can of pop, coffee on the side, water, alcohol you had to pay for it. Before you know it, you've spent about £20/£30 depending on what you get of course.
Moving on, we had no air-conditioning the whole journey, I was offered one drink the whole flight baring in mind we're in the air for 11 hours, the seats don't go back, the cabin crews attitude when you even ask them for a drink or even anything was appalling, I was looked at like s*** at one point and gave up.
On our way home, we was on a completely different plane, one of the old ones. Just checked our holiday agreement (CHECK WHAT YOU PAY FOR) and it even said we had the Airbus A330. We actually had pillows and blankets on our seats this time, which were as good as plastic bags. My window, tv screen and tray was covered in what looked like dried up sick, sorry to be blunt. I asked the air hostess if I could have something to clean this with, she get some napkins and went to give me them then changed her mind and went the toilet to dampen them, lent over us and started scrubbing it as if it was a fault of ours. Looked at me and then walked away. Explain that one?? Throughout the plane was bits of rubbish from the previous flight. I mean, what the hell have I spent my money on?? We asked for some alcohol which were on offer in the Duty Free magazine to take home with us.... none left or we had to choose something else. Again, refreshments you had to pay for (I took my own on this time), same food as previous... again, awful, and only tea and coffee came round. I understand the cabin crew work closely together, but having a full on conversation about your sisters divorce whilst serving customers (missing us out twice) I felt was terrible. The staff just don't give a s*** at all. Again, no air con, not even them twisty ones above you or a button if you needed assistance. The flight was humid. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service, the lack of keeping us hydrated, the fact we have been lied to, how unhygienic the flight was. It was all fun and glory until we boarded the first plane. Don't waste your money.

Absolute disgrace, animals are required more space to travel

This airline is a disgrace. The seats in front on our flights in and out to Cyprus were broke. Consequently when anyone sat on them they immediately reclined into your face. I am not sure how they measure leg room but at 5'10" and 29" inside leg I was clearly to tall sit comfortably in their seats.
The only thing in their favour is that we got to Cyprus (1hr 30mins late) and we got back but it took over a day for the body to recover from the cramped claustrophobic conditions.
I hope NEVER AGAIN

Disgraceful for such a reputable company

Terrible experience with Thomas cook airlines. They omitted to inform us of a flight time change. When we arrived at Manchester airport for our 10.45 hour flight to Tenerife. When we arrived at 8.15 for check in we were told our flight had a time change and actually left Manchester at 7.30 am. The customer servic staff were rude and not helpful, so we had to book and PAY FOR another flight to gt us to Tenerife.

Had worse, but I'd pay a bit more & fly with someone else.

Flown Thomas Cook twice - & won't fly with them again unless there is no alternative.
October 2009 we flew back from Turkey with TC...in comparison to our outward journey (which was was Thompson & had been very comfortable) this was a huge disappointment.Plane was old, cramped & no legroom...the food was awful & the legroom even worse.
Our 2nd time with TC: flight from Manchester to Crete September 2011 was cancelled due to faulty plane. This is worrying in itself, as there stock seems to be pretty old...but we were waiting in the departures lounge for over an hour AFTER the plane was due to leave before we received any information from the TC staff there. That simply is not acceptable: at the very least we should have been told there was going to be a delay, even if at that time it was not known by how long!
When they did locate a replacement plane, it was smaller than the original - meaning 80 passengers were told they could not board at that time, but would follow on a later plane - & again, not given any indication when that might be.
On board, the seats were uncomfortable & cramped - legroon was so bad that my partner (5ft 11)had to sit at a funny angle & got deadlegs - & I (5ft 5) got bruises on my knees from the seeatback in front of me digging into my legs. Food was the smallest portions I have ever been served on a plane - & wasn't cheap in the first place...tho staff were friendly & pleasant.
One point to note: when we got to our hotel (5 hours late), we were informed that this happens fairly regularly with TC flights from the UK...so our experience may not have been a fluke!

Worst Flight Ever

Our return flights from Toronto to Gatwick were changed from Air Transat, to Thomas Cook Airlines, we have never been more cramped and uncomfortable, they have crammed in as many seats as possible, also charge for everything including a drink of water, i have flow on some pretty grotty airlines around Thailand etc but at least they give you a drink and sometimes a snack and you have some leg room, i will never use Thomas Cook Airlines again, no wonder they are almost going bust.

very cramped and uncomfortable.

Travelled on a 4 hour flight from Bristol to Antayla this Aug (2011) Had prebooked seat so managed to sit together. plane was very cramped, I am only 5'2 but still had very limited leg room - couldn't book extra leg room seats as travelling with children. Had night flights, but impossible to sleep as seats far to cramped together. It really was cattle class. Wouldn't bother with the inflight meal unless it comes free with your holiday deal - very small, luke warm, unappetising. Couldn't enjoy it as couldn't get the tray down due to lack of space. No entertainment at all on flight. Staff spent the whole flight trying to sell to you - duty free, snacks, raffle tickets the list went on. Only got 1 free drink on flight - would have preferred 2. On way home staff tried to sell night comfort packs for £5, inflatable pillow, small blanket, and eye shields. I bought my pillow for 50p from Asda before I left. So please go prepared. Seats were coming apart at the seams, radio didn't work and no headphones provided. A very tired service, fleet certainly needs updating.
We are going to Egypt next year 5 1/2 hour flight - I hope things are better next year. Certainly wouldn't fly by Thomas cook airlines by choice - but it comes with the holiday.
