A company who are totally professional and go the extra mile
Finding a professional estate agent who offers service beyond writing particulars and putting the property on the various property portals can be difficult. Some, once the house is under offer, just leave the solicitors to deal with things, leaving the vendors not knowing when they are likely to exchange.
Having instructed Thomas Merrifield in Witney as a result of having viewed a property with them some time previously, I already had a good impression of how professional they are. Throughout the process the whole team have been highly professional and I could not have asked for better service. They kept me informed at every stage and were always prepared to go the extra mile and make calls to find out where we were in the sales chain.
The staff all saw my property and got to know about it so when a prospective buyer asked questions they were able to provide answers.
If you are looking for an agent who offers 'service' I can highly recommend the team in Witney. They have worked in the profession long enough to have learned that to sell houses and have satisfied clients, the practices of yesteryear are still vitally important.
