Plants delivered in very poor condition.

Such a great company to deal with. I live in the Channel Islands and had resisted ordering garden ready plants from them as I was concerned about how they would arrive after the journey. I need not have worried. The plants were in superb condition and have thrived in my garden. Their communication regarding dispatch and delivery is excellent. I am really looking forward to purchasing from them again.

Hanging baskets received ok but within 2weeks one was completely dead

Short delivery time and arrived in good condition. Quickly planted in my garden and are thriving. I have ordered from Thompson and Morgan for a good few years and have never been disappointed and will continue to do so in the future.

The first lot of fuscias I ordered were dead on arrival. I did take a photo at the time but when I wrote to you you said a photo wasn't necessary and you sent me a further lot. I planted them in my pots with all my other bedding plants as normal and one by one they have died. The other plants in the same pots are ok so not sure what was wrong with the order but won't order them again

Recently took advantage of chargeable grass and brush strimmer; excellent purchase. Solid construction and powerful and easy to use. Made light work of my allotment.
Excellent delivery service.

Misleading website resulted in an incorrect item being ordered. I phoned first thing the next day and was told it was too late to cancel the item from the order. Over several days i received dispatched notifications and after a few weeks the item was dispatched (so it could have been cancelled by the looks of things). I had to pay return postage for the item. Customer service very dismissive and unhelpful. will never order from them again

Tomato & Strawberry plants supplied are very strong

Begonias arrived within time stated and were in good condition.

Lovely little plant, well packed, not damaged much in transit despite a deep dent on one side of the box. One star knocked off because Evri is the worst ever shipping company. Every package arrives with some crushing or damage, other companies that don't pack as well as you must get loads of returns. There is virtually no notice of delivery and it's assumed someone is at home all day or has neighbours at home all day, which is so 20th century.

Delivery was very fast

When I received the preplanted baskets they were dried out and wilted it could have been the heat or too long with courier I was very disappointed

Ordered some foxgloves and lime green pom pom zinnias. T&M cancelled my foxgloves order and the zinnias sent were not lime green pom poms but multi coloured daisy type flowers which I never would have ordered. Disaster. Got my money back but frankly this was a waste of time. Have put one more order in, see if T&M can deliver this time

We ordered five Delphinium plants, this was the first time we ordered plants that were not in pots, when they arrived, they looked dishevelled and battered, At first we thought this must be normal. Three of the plants have consequently died, the two remaining plants are now small and weak due to the amount they have died back. We took photos of the plants when they arrived in their packaging and the two remaining rather small plants. My wife is an experienced gardener and thought she would treat herself to plants from Thompson & Morgan, she is very disappointed with these plants.

We have used Thompson and Morgan from years. Had a problem recently, very unusual, and it was sorted out within 48 hours. Impressive. Will continue using. Plants and service excellent.

Usually plants are beautiful from there, ordered 2 hanging baskets but they were awful, messaged support and they promptly sent me another 2 free if charge but they were worse than the first 2, will not be buying baskets from there again.

Good quality and price for plants and will be ordering some more seeds.
