Quick delivery

One plant dead, several in very bad condition. Plants are cheap and I was prepared for poor quality. But not dead!

I have purchased many plants from Thompson and Morgan and usually all very good but my last purchase wasn’t. £60 worth of.Erigeron - they arrived looking very straggly with practically no flowers. I did complain and was pushed back. I complained again and again I was pushed back. I took photos. I have now been told to put them in the ground and get in touch again if no improvement. There is no improvement two weeks old and I will be getting in touch again Disappointed that it wasn’t dealt with early on

Fantastic quality plants. I was a bit unsure because it's been so hot whether the plants would be all dried up. I ordered 33 and all were in perfect condition and are growing well. Excellent quality and service.

I bought 2 hanging baskets at a reduced price expecting them not to be perfect, but hopefully in a reasonable condition. When they were delivered I opened them straight away and saw that they were in a pretty poorly condition. I told Customer Service about this and was delighted when they offered me a full refund with no hesitation at all. (I have been a customer for many years).

Excellent delivery plants arrived in great condition and wrapped to ensure they arrived in perfect condition

I ordered some willow trellis on 21st June. The order said it would be despatched within 14 days. I heard nothing so had to enquire a week ago and was told it would be despatched soon but have heard nothing further. Why do companies think they can take your money and just keep you hanging as to when you will receive the items.

Out of the six hanging baskets I received, one was a petunia in flower. Two were, I think, begonias, which were just leaves and two were straddling lobelia with blue and white flowers, which you could count on your fingers, and the sixth one had no flowers; it looked like a tangled ball of string. Again, I think it was supposed to be lobelia. Rather disappointing.

Such a great company to deal with. I live in the Channel Islands and had resisted ordering garden ready plants from them as I was concerned about how they would arrive after the journey. I need not have worried. The plants were in superb condition and have thrived in my garden. Their communication regarding dispatch and delivery is excellent. I am really looking forward to purchasing from them again.
