I had a problem with a tree that was damaged in transportation. With the 100% guarantee, customer services were very helpful and a new tree was dispatched immediately, which arrived in quick time and is now in a pot flourishing

The packaging was such that the plants remained separated and immobile so no damage could occur. They arrived in perfect condition. The fact that the delivery company - it might have been Royal Mail - took the trouble to hand the package over personally was especially important when so many companies just dump parcels outside a front door where they may sit for hours before the recipient discovers them - likely to be very detrimental in the exceptionally hot conditions.

The fuchsia was out of its hanging basket when it arrived but still in the box. It hadn't dried out so I transplanted the pieces that I could rescue but it didn't take. The hot weather may have been an issue in its eventual demise. The quality of the product was satisfactory had it not been upset travelling.

I presume you are enquiring about my order of Pawlonia seeds.
The packet says 100. I admit that I've not seen Pawlonia seeds before but there wasn't 100 of anything in there, unless its specs of dust.
Anyway, I chucked what WAS there at 5 pots of good quality compost. 3 seedlings have appeared.
I have doubts that they are Pawlonia. But maybe. Not seen Pawlonia before. (That's why I bought them)

All 4 hanging baskets arrived semi dead. I was most disappointed. I have rang a very helpful customer service gentlemen. But i have to put a complaint on line email. Which i am not good at doing. Im waiting to go to a community group locally called The spire in burgess hill. For them to be able to help me. ???. A flowerless. Mrs stephanie dagger.

My order for lavender plants and a fully planted hanging basket far exceeded my expectations! The lavender plants arrived safely packaged in first class condition and exactly when they were expected. There was an informed notice of slight delay in delivery for the hanging basket, but again it arrived in perfect condition and I was able after giving it an overnight root soak to hang it securely on my front railing. I cannot fault the entire process..seamless from ordering to delivery and at a very reasonable price. I have already recommended this company to neighbours...I have also added Thompson and Morgan to my favourite supplier list for plants and gardens. Excellent. My apologies for the delay in making this review.

I think the company is doing well but the delivery companies are letting you down. Good plants arriving dead or in a sorry state reflects on you. What a waste of lovely plants too.

Awful service . Still received plant after 2 weeks . At time said ordering told dispatch in 3 days . Had emails to say it being deliver only then another to say it being delayed . Happened twice whilst waiting for a delivery . Customer service shocking when u ring to chase . Never bit don’t them again

The plants always arrive when stated and if there is any problems, which is extremely rare, they sort them there and then. Great customer service, as most people know that this very rare.
