One of the plants I ordered arrived looking half dead. I was told it just needed water due to the hot weather. Plant has not recovered, so paid 34.99 for a plant that is half dead. Not happy and will not buy from again as waste of money.

I ordered three sunbelievable plants and they arrived beautifully packed, and are very strong. One is in flower already. I also ordered three dahlias, again packed beautifully and very strong plants.

I have planted all six plants and am a very happy gardener.

So easy to use the website kind and caring if you have a problem all the live plants I have purchased from them have been healthy and grown really well would recommend this company and fantastic value for money

Plugs were small, just about viable. Lots of TLC needed to bring them on. Most survived and are now in border and pots.

Overall not too bad. It certainly cuts through thick branches with ease. The only reason I haven't given five stars is 1) A bit awkward trying to get the chain on, perhaps a two man job 2) with the extension pole extended fully, it seems a bit top heavy.

Plant arrived well packaged and in good condition. It is now thriving. Very pleased.

I ordered a number of plants most of which are now thriving very well.

However one fushsia plug arrived worse for wear and died 2 days later. A second died a week later, the 3rd one is growing well with lots of flower buds.

I ordered three large hanging baskets this year as I’ve been so pleased with my experience all the previous years. Again, this company did not fail to disappoint. The baskets are stunning, full of gorgeous, healthy blooms that I receive compliments on. Great value for money as I paid £12 per hanging basket on their offer! Swift delivery, well-packaged baskets. Easy to use website. Condition of product was brilliant. I bought it for my new granddaughter as it had the same name as the plant.

Plants arrived in very good condition just a good watering then ready to plant straight out. Delivery informed right up till delivered. Packed very well to protect the plants

I complained about your delivery service for years and asked you to change to a better one, as your wonderful plants were delivered upside down, and often the boxes looked like they had been used in a football match. So bad that I stopped buying from you. A few weeks ago I tried again and found you are using a different delivery service and what a difference. Polite drivers who delivered the boxes with care and consideration, and upright. So glad to see this. I will be back to buy from you again regularly now as your plants are totally tops every time. The bare root Apricot I purchased from you 27 years ago now provides me with 15+kg of fruit every year!!! And pretty much everything in my garden since then is from you. But now I can just plant and enjoy instead of hospitalizing everything and still losing half every time. Yay, good times coming!!!

The begonias and petunia hanging baskets were lovely but the fuchsias in teh small hanging baskets all died within a week of receiving them. I did everything I could to revive them, even re-potted them, but nothing worked.

Arrived quickly. Very well packaged with protective nets over the young plants in their packs.

All plants dead on arrival most probably due to weather but. Not encouraging
