We all make mistakes.
It's how those mistakes are dealt with that matters.
I ordered a Teng toolkit from Thompsons, it was an offer too good to miss, almostt £100 less than I'd seen it elsewhere. Problem was, it was too good to be true, the set I received wasn't what was pictured on the website. I contacted them straight away and their communication was excellent. They could have just refunded my money and apologised and I'd have been not happy, but would have understood.
They asked me to put the set in the box I got it in and send it back to them. I did this and sent them a tracking number. As soon as they got this the set I'd ordered was in the post and arrived the next day.
