I have already emailed you requesting a refund as my order has still not arrived and was supposed to be delivered 13/03 in time for Mother's Day. Absolutely appalling service

We're so sorry to hear your Mother's Day cards didn't arrive in time for the occasion. These were dispatched on 10th March via Royal Mail Second Class so we would have expected this to be delivered between 12th and 13th March. We can only apologise that this wasn't the case.

My daughter ordered me flowers for…

My daughter ordered me flowers for Mother's Day. What a complete waste of money! I am so disgusted with what I received. Please don't waste your money. I felt like I couldn't tell my daughter, but, she asked me for a photo, she was so upset. I had a mouldy mushy broken mess.

We sent your card with Royal Mail's 2nd Class service, this is a two day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to four working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this; sadly, due to the lack of tracking provided for these items, once an order is in the postie's hands, it does mean we're unable to follow along with your order's journey. As it has now been over four days however, it does unfortunately sound like your order may have gotten caught up and potentially been lost in the postal system along the way.

This is a two day service, but the Royal Mail do admit a number of items can take up to four working days to arrive. Love Thortful's cards.....however on…

Love Thortful's cards.....however on this occasion, my order still hasn't turned up, 7 days after placing the order (on Royal Mail 48 service), and having missed Mother's Day.
Contacted Thortful yesterday who have already credited my account. Great, friendly, quick service in dealing with my complaint.
