Adam from the Three store in Bath has been excellent today and very patient sorting out the on-going issues I had.
I called the Three online customer service yesterday and i was very disappointed of their service so I decided to visit the store instead.
And Adam listened and very knowledgeable. He even managed to give me a much better deal .
I couldn't thank him enough , I Hope Adam will get recognition of the wonderful service he gave to me. I have a business myself and I know the importance of great customer service.
