I would like to say thank you to the lovely staff. I visited today to request help with an issue regarding fraud and the staff was very welcoming. Also I directly spoke to Josh who kindly directed to report the issue to the Police and also assisted me in starting an online report. I also received help from Gaby who kindly directed helped me to access the platform to provide feedback.

I am well pleased that I visited the store.
I am well pleased that I visited the local store to collect my broadband hub, as opposed to having it posted. The staff were exceptionally helpful not least of all Naomi who interfaced with me and processed my broadband and mobile services.
The takeaway of it all is that, I came away with a significant price cut to the good! An opportunity I would not have had, had I had the hub posted.
It as certainly made visiting the store a much better proposition.
