The Only Phone Store Worth Visiting in Camberley
We were visiting the area and noticed a Three store in Camberley. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile from Sam, the Store Manager, and assisted almost immediately by Beenish.
What started as a casual, unplanned visit and a general enquiry turned into two purchases purely because of the exceptional service we received. The atmosphere was calm, friendly, and completely free of any pressure. Beenish took the time to understand what we needed. She had already reviewed our existing plans before making recommendations, which saved us from answering the usual round of questions. She presented our options clearly and honestly. If I wanted to save a few pounds by choosing less data, I could. It was refreshing to experience such genuine, customer focused service.
The experience was so positive that we made an 80 mile round trip back to the Camberley store to complete our purchase.
I’ve renewed my contract online for several years but I should have walked into a Three store years ago. Sam and Beenish are a credit to the Three brand, and I would wholeheartedly recommend visiting the Camberley branch if you are considering a new phone or contract. Speak to Beenish or Sam, you will not be disappointed.
