Some days you hit a Jackpot - 3 Mobile

Some days you hit a Jackpot.
I went in store to get a new mobile contract and question my broadband service today.
At the door, Josh, store manager greeted me. He listened to my two primary needs and addressed them in part, before handing me over to one of his colleagues, Daniella, who would investigate my concerns and establish the best products and service to offer me. They both proved to be highly knowledgeable, capable and also professional in approaching my needs. Unlike several other mobile providers who I have visited today, including my current provider O2 who had no solution or understanding of my problems, rather offering me a more expensive contract with no guarantee of actual improvement in service.
While I was in the shop, Regional Manager, Frank was coincidentally on a store visit. He also spoke to me and took note of my comments about how good this team is.
In my experience, service of this quality is now the exception, despite companies being quick to take your money.
A heartfelt Thank you and Well done to Josh and Daniella.
You are real winners.
