Went in for a contract renewal. Adam made sure that I had the cheapest price, for the contact, and the communication was great. Got it all done in about 15 mins (for 3 separate contracts). Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommend

Really positive experience
Really positive experience today in the chester store . Both Steve and adam helped with multiple requests and went above and beyond for me & my husband!
Came out with a new phone , new tablet and two new sim deals .
Very welcoming with the children in store as well
Would recommend to friends & family.

We have been victims of a scam by someone posing as Three. We went into the Chester Store today and spoke to Steve, the Manager, who was very helpful and reassuring. He contacted Three for us and we spoke to a genuine person who took down the scam accounts. We couldn’t have wished for better service. We have visited the Store previously and spoken to Steve on several occasions and he has always shown us the greatest respect.

Brilliant staff who are more than helpful.
I have been with Three Chester since they opened. I have always been treated politely by knowledgeable, patient staff. Today was no exception when my husband and I went in for a new sim deal. OK not a huge money earner for the staff BUT it makes no difference to them. We had 5 star treatment from Davie who was kind, patient and couldn't do enough for us. We had also seen Harry a few days ago and he got a brilliant Sim deal for my husband, hence my visit today. He was lovely, chatty, kind and patient. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with Three. Well done Three shop Chester Grosvenor precinct

Wasted two days because my ID address doesn’t match what’s on the system.
Received an email and text message saying I could trade in my iPhone 15 pro max and get the new iPhone 17 pro max. Tried to do this, couldn’t do it with the live chat. Travelled an hour to get to the three store Chester, ask if it can be done in store. They couldn’t get it to work, an online engineer couldn’t get it to work and I would have to wait three days for it to be sorted.
Get a phone call 2 days later saying come in store tomorrow, it’s been fixed, we can do the trade in, bring your ID.
Travel another hour to the store, explain the situation, not a problem we can sort it out, let me see your ID. I then get told the address on the ID doesn’t match what’s on the system so they can’t do anything for me. I need to update my ID. I’ve never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. What does it matter if the address is different?? The ID still proves it’s me. So I’ve wasted two days and still at square one. Absolute joke.
