Claudia managed to sit me down and go through all my enquiries and also explained each question very clearly.
I have understood everything. Therefore everything has been sorted the right way

Claudia was fantastic
Claudia was fantastic. She wrote out full instructions for my Mum on how to make calls and send texts on a simply operated phone that she had found for us. She gave several clear demonstrations and watched my Mum use the phone to help her to learn as much as possible how to use it. She seemed to have unlimited time for us. We are extremely grateful. She had a very caring approach, helping an older person.
