Pedro was the man with the plan today…

Pedro was the man with the plan today for us. Superb knowledge of his job and extremely friendly and supportive with questions raised, unlike most who would make you feel silly for asking questions he made the whole experience an absolute delight and has ensured repeat custom for at least another 3 years with this contract. Asset to the three network!!

Pedro is the best!!!! He was so helpful and remembered us from our visit to the store last year!
He is an absolute credit to the company and couldn't be more friendly and polite!!

Staff that go above and beyond!!

Went into Kings Lynn store with a probelem with their sister company Smarty and the store manager Sam was absolutely amazing. He not only managed to rectify the problem in store but he also got me my number back and set me up with a new sim after I lost my phone!! He was such a help, it took well over an hour to deal with the problem and he persevered until it was all sorted! Legend, Sam!! Thank you so much!!

What can I say but a huge thank you to Ben at the King's Lynn branch.
Ben tried everything to sort out the problem with my phone. In the end I bought a new one.
Everything transferrd, even showed me stuff I didn't know were on the phone
Thank you once again, it was fun and a joy to have you serve us.
