3 broadband is a no go for me -follow up

We bought unlimited data and the best three has to offer. We live in Reigate so not far from connection life. It has been record slow almost as bad as a modem from the 90s and often is down leaving us with no internet. Totally unfit for work at home or even streaming films. I personally would NEVER use their products again.

Heard back from 3 after this went live and had the same old response to check updates and settings. I have done it 100 times. Today’s max down load was 3.7 and should be up to 180. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE 3 again.

Three Kingston store offers excellent customer service

Three Kingston store

Every time I come into this particular store I recieve excellent customer service.
The staff here a re always pleasant and I find they go the extra mile and above to ensure I leave the store with a smile on my face having all they can do.
This goes for all the staff who have attended to me.
I don’t often give reviews but the staff here are excellent
Today Ranin offered the same excellent customer service I am used to here.
Highly recommend that people come here even if they have to travel.

I visited the Three store in…Kingston upon Thames

I visited the Three store in Kingston-upon-Thames after having issues with an online order. This was the second unsuccessful online order I’d had, as the first was wrongly cancelled by the fraud team, and then the second wasn’t delivered. Tashleen dealt with me, and was a great help in getting my second online order cancelled, and then reconnecting my phone number when that was cancelled by the online customer services too! However when applying for a phone in store I then had issues on running a credit check, because a couple had already run for the online orders which then hadn’t materialised.
Between Tashleen and the team in the store - Ivo, Paul and Zan - they found the right mechanism to appeal the credit rejection, and they helped me direct my request to have the previous searches removed from my record. I was then able to return the next day to collect my new phone.
I was really impressed by the effort made by Tashleen, Paul, Ivo and Zan to fix what had become a really tricky problem that was absolutely not of their making. The fact that it was resolved so quickly is absolutely down to their excellent professional knowledge and attention to detail. I will always come back to this team if ever I need anything, whether still Three, or in future Vodaphone.
