Had been in a similar store ( different company) earlier in day and imo the customer service in bow street mall 3 store was much better!

Went in for SIM, came out with great offer on new phone

I went into the store as I lost my SIM card on holiday and needed a new sim, James the store advisor not only helped me with the SIM issue but he also told me about a trade in offer for an early upgrade. He took time going through different data options to meet my budget and roaming needs. In the end I got an early upgraded phone for an amazing offer. He also helped me set up my new phone. James was not only informative but also super friendly!

Sarah was brilliant

Sarah was brilliant! I kept her on her toes, asking plenty of questions regarding adding another line onto my business account, very friendly demeanour and insanely knowledgeable as they all seem to be in Lisburn shop.
Got me sorted out without any hassle, got to chat to the wonderful Emma as well who’s been there since I first walked in many moons ago and always remembers me.
As always, great store, amazing staff awesome company.
Can’t recommend enough.
