Time for an upgrade!
I was well overdue for an upgrade and went into the Foyleside store. Sean was an absolute star, he made the process so easy and I walked out with a brand new phone, cheaper contract and much better off!

Extremely helpful
I was seen and attended to by a young lady called Ashley who wentover and above to help me
She explained things very clearly in language I could understand
Unfortunately we did not go with 3 as it didn’t offer what we needed but Ashley recommended we use Vodafone as it is full fibre to the house and is part of the company
Otherwise I would have gone for EE
I felt extremely valued as a customer and would highly recommend using 3 if it has what you need

I had a great experience in store today with the advisor Sean,he was extremely helpful and patient with me in doing the data transfer, he sold me a new phone and helped me move across to the three network and also gave me an excellent deal on the broadband and an additional SIM. Store Advisor was very helpful

I was in with Sean yesterday i took out business broadband and a sim but decided to cancel for personal reasons, Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me, he helped me retrieve my PAC code I will definitely consider coming back to Three as a business customer because the advisor Sean was just so so helpful i really appreciate the time and effort.
