Romil was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience in the Three store smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was fully sorted before I left. Excellent customer service - a real credit to the store!

Great service
I visited the Three store in Maidenhead while on holiday and needed a SIM card. The setup was quick and easy, and the advisor was really helpful. He suggested a few SIM options and, after I told him I’d be in the UK for three weeks, helped me pick the best one. Great service and very friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff
I visited the Three store to upgrade my phone contract and the whole process was very smooth. The staff were helpful, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this store.

Three store always here for support
Three store always here for support. As an elderly gentleman who does not like technology these guys are always on hand to support me in everything even though i dont have a sim or phone contract.I am not a fan of the company as they keep wanting me to make an account but the people in the store are helpful

I’m really useless with new technology and phones, but he made everything so easy for me.
