Tom and Abel were both very polite and helpful to my husband and I when we visited the Newbury Store to sort out the issue of my husband's phone account being suspended. Not only did they sort it efficiently and speedily but they have also put us on a much better plan to include free and unlimited roaming,for very little increase in cost.. Well worth a visit to the 3 store. Thank you both

Worst customer service of any company
3 mobile you have got to have the worst customer services any company in Europe repeatedly said you are going to call me back 4 days later no call and no phone but you continue to want more and more money with out getting the fault fix. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
