Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS service at Three Slough – Sandeep deserves a statue
I walked into the Three store in Slough expecting to maybe sort my phone out. What I got instead was a life-changing customer service experience.
Sandeep didn’t just help me — he commanded the situation with the confidence of someone who clearly wakes up every morning ready to outperform expectations. From the moment I explained what I needed, he listened properly (a rare skill these days), asked the right questions, and somehow managed to explain everything in a way that made complete sense without any sales waffle.
He covered every option, every deal, every tiny detail — yet never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I left knowing I’d made the right decision, not just a decision. Honestly, if every retail assistant worked like Sandeep, customer complaints would go extinct.
If Three Slough were a football team, Sandeep would be their star player, captain, and man of the match — every single day. Absolute credit to the store and the company.
Came in as a customer. Left as a fan.
If you’re going to Three Slough, ask for Sandeep — accept no substitutes.

I left the store with broadband and w Sim cards for my family and the service + price is definitely 5 stars in this store . I was coming in to the 3 store, the day before and no one seemed bothered. I come again the Saturday and I spoke to Constantin who was very helpful, giving me lots of useful information. I am trying to decide is the S25 worth it. Constantin knows his stuff about the processors.
