I cannot recommend 3 in St Austell enough! I have been going there for 10+ years. The team are so helpful which is very much appreciated.
I was extremely nervous when updating my phone twice over the last few years as this coincided with having lost loved ones so photos were incredibly precious. I was worried whether I had backed up to the cloud correctly but Tony and Ant were more than happy to check things through for me and spent a good deal of time helping me set up my new phone. They were both very kind, helpful and above all patient which meant so much.
If you’re like me (a bit of a dinosaur!), don’t worry at all - just walk in the shop and you will be looked after.

Welcoming friendly and efficient
I've been in twice recently. One with a lead connector problem the other with roaming in Morocco.

Maddie at the St Austell branch was friendly, personable and very helpful with advice as to the best products and deals available.
