Just what you want
Two extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff in the store. I wanted to trade up and they did everything for me including data transfer as I’m older so I am really pleased.

Welcoming friendly and efficient
I've been in twice recently. One with a lead connector problem the other with roaming in Morocco.
On both occasions the staff (this time Maddiey, Tony and Ant) were realy helpful, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Fab customer service, as an older person one someone gets a bit of condescending eye rolling but not at all with this team. Thank you so much.

A great experience with 3 as always
Both Tony and Maddy were really helpful, polite, friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. I felt as though they found me the best deal for my needs and the process of upgrading my contract was quick, easy and pleasant. I have visited several different 3 stores over the years of being a customer and always find staff to be consistently welcoming and genuinely interested in talking to me and helping get the best outcome.

Very helpful
The staff in the shop were very helpful, ant and his manager. My phone had broken and so I was stressed trying to see what my options were for a new one. They were very patient and helped me get a good deal on a phone that was in stock in store. Thankyou:)
