Visited the Stirling Branch of 3 mobile today in the Thistle Centre with an issue that my Wifes phone was not charging. The sales person had a look and said he would have a go at unblocking the port as he could see a blockage. After about 20 seconds the manager who was sitting down whispered something to the sales person and then said come through the back. They then appeared after about 30 seconds and we got some rubbish story that "3 Mobile a multi billion pound company" does not have the right tool to solve the problem and that we should take it down to another independent retailer, or, they would buy the phone back for an upgrade and a new contract at a higher rate. Lastly the suggestion was to contact Samsung and send it to them. We then left and went to a small local independent store who fixed the phone in 10 minutes and charged £20.00. The Stirling Manager of 3 Mobile obviously tried to cheat us into a new contract and told the salesperson not to fix it but recommend outcomes that would profit his branch. As a customer of 3 for over 20 years with 3 seperate contracts I find this service dishonest and a "con".

Went in to ask a question regarding a bill and the store manager Stuart was great and even set me up with a fantastic new deal on an upgrade. Stuart had great customer service it was refreshing to see.

Myself had problems with outlook & had to go back to the store, Robert assistant manager spent time trying to resolve my issue, also helped with free gift , Robert gave us so much of his time ! Very helpful young man . Experience instore was outstanding, staff are a credit to Three . Well done guys
