Chloe was in training but was really good to deal with, friendly but not pushy or trying to baffle me with every deal on offer. She had the back up on a fully trained sales assistant (sorry, I didn’t get his name) who was equally helpful and together they came up with a new phone and SIM package that I’m sure will work perfectly for me.
I’ve bought 3 i-phones from the 3 store in Truro over the last 10 years because of their brilliant and caring customer service. Thank you

Simon was outstanding for our overall experience of changing contracts …
We had a great assistant manager called Simon, attending us and able to offer us exactly the contract we needed for our convenience and lifestyle. It was a smooth and effortless process updating our contract with Simon’s help.
I would definitely recommend going and having a one to one in the shop as I find it very difficult to understand the plans I am offered when I try and speak to someone on the official Three number. The people who usually answer those calls have a very strong English accent - mainly because those call centres are based abroad - and I have real problems understanding them and what they are trying to say to me.
