Fantastic business account support for lost phone
We lost a business account phone and needed help to replace it. We got amazing help from both Oxford Three and our home store in Truro. Not only did the staff reassure us about the phone, not also helped reinstate the important apps AND found is a better contact to save us money
5* highly recommended

The guys in the shop will always put you first and ensure that you are looked after and have a happy experience, whether its choosing a new phone or just asking a tech question!

I took out a contract for a 5g mobile…
I took out a contract for a 5g mobile router about November last year in the Truro branch
Due to not being able to return it to Barnstable branch
I called when in the area at Truro branch and agreed with manager that he would arrange about February
He was sympathetic and said I would only have to pay one month charge
This was a complete failure and nothing happened
Did same thing in about august and saw different manager who promised same and router was returned soon afterwards but the charges did not stop
All this time I was unable to log in to my monthly account so had to guess what precise charges were being made
After this called at Exeter shop on 31 Octoberand manager was very helpful and promised to honour the original deal of one months rental
This didn’t happen so I called at Torquay shop on 7 November and went through the same process with the manager who delighted me with the news that I would have nothing to at all
The following week I learned that I woulld only receive a credit of about £70
I have travelled over 600 miles and spent many hours in 3 mobile shops
I feel very sorry for other customers who have suffered losses all I want is my money back not a false sorry
I do not believe this is incomptance
I will like to see this company prosecuted and face a massive fine
I wish point out that I have deafness
