Rachel - Warrington Store
Dealt with Rachel at the Warrington store and she was incredible, so kind, so patient and understanding! She went above and beyond the call of duty with outstanding customer service. One of the most pleasant experiences I have had within a phone provider. My phone has been stolen and came into the store upset and she reassured me everything was going to be okay with the current circumstances. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone who needs help or a new phone contract.

We called into the Three mobile store…
We called into the Three mobile store in Warrington today as my partner purchased a new Honor 400 phone and wasn’t sure on how to transfer all the apps from the old mobile phone. Claire greeted us both straight away and spent well over an hour dealing with us as did everything step by step and explained everything she was doing during the process. Claire was amazing throughout, very polite and professional. We left the store with a brand new phone and all the apps on it working perfectly! We would recommend this store in Warrington, even all the other staff were very helpful and friendly too! 10/10 👌🏻

Clare has helped me with my business phone and WiFi in the past. She’s always so helpful and makes sure you’re getting the best deal. She went though all the deals and options and even threw a protective bundle in to my new phone. Really good service as always.
