Don't trust the promises made

I am still waiting- having been a customer for many years I'm not sure if I want to continue using or advising anyone to buy from Three

I had Abi today and she was very helpful.
I was having trouble with understanding what I wanted and the prices, but she came back to me and let me know all the details, I'm now getting my new phone and I'm extremely happy.
