Went into the Three shop in Navan, I got a new phone and changed from a pay as you go phone, to a bill and a family package, I am very happy with everything and was very happy with the service I received
Unfortunately I am bad with names, but girl that looked after me was lovely, all the staff lovely and helpful.
Thanks from a happy custumer
Terrible coverage. Signal disappears regularly for no reason. Slow speeds when connected. Avoid. And I don't use Twitter or Facebook.
I had paid bill pay for a phone I bought I paid for three years and they contacted me through email about letting know the charges for phone had finished but kept me charging until I decided phone them up and clarify that no longer such bill applied.Recently after me being every day contacted by their Indian branch team I've felt unhappy how one of their team tried to convince me into agreeing on an other plan beside current existing plan somehow I agreed following they sent me a new number but at the end they make me pay for both existing numbers and an other plan without explaining I should move new card and they should close previous number that my own friend explain me.Three staff at least one I dealt with is unexperienced and themselves are unprofessional to deal with customers which is reason for me leaving three they no RESPECT persons privacy calling me late on Saturday evenings I want nothing to do with involving in another bill pay and getting a new phone with three not recommend to buying phone and getting pay bk plans from three! And of course they no take care of their trusted clients not clearing bill for card they sent me and I had no use I even contacted them straight away asking to close mobile plan I no want to involve, I think I could explode, but OFCOURSE loosing 44.99 for something I no need it's just unprofessional unmanned team member,I ask not to contact me again!!!Thank God at least that much they took for them to understanding from my call to close second plan!!!
Selling phones that they dont have in stock and dont know when they will have in stock. Trying to blame apple as if I have a transaction with them. Dont sell products you dont have. And when you ask about cancelling they tell you they cant cancel because you are a new customer. Absolute charlatans. I am ringing my Bank to raise a chargeback.
Fantastic Tara
I went in search of broadband and phone provider today. I was in scotchhall in Drogheda. I add I am 70 years young. The first store I went to the young man did not engage enthusiastically or go into detail so I left their store saying I would think about it. I went into 3 and met the lovely Tara who went through everything efficiently and with patience. Nothing was too much trouble.I cannot tell you how lucky you are to have her as an employee to represent your company. She even said to call back in a few days to update her on how everything is working and I certainly will do so.
After almost 2 decades of loyalty, (since 02 opened the doors) most that time in a contract, if your 2 days late paying the bill expect multiple calls a day, harrasment in my opinion, 2 more days, expect to be cut off. Want to use the internet, forget it, ten mins to watch a 5 second ad, sometimes just a black screen, constant buffering. Expect 100% of the money you agreed for 10% of the services. Contract terminates, bills keep on coming, ring them up and give out, they say no more bills, they keep coming, ring back and get thick with them, you guessed it, bills keep on coming.... awful experience towards the end, if i could leave 0 stars i absolutley would. Swapped provider, now with VODAFONE, my on line experience has improved 1000%. Second review i have ever composed, thats how bad they are, first review was to praise VODAFONE. Had to come here because i wouldnt tarnish the good review i left with the word "three" sickened.
THE WORST CUSTOMER CAREV EVER and marketing ever...BE CAREFUL THEY TELL YOU EVERYTHING DETAILS INVOLVED ON YOUR CONTRACT PHONE OR ELSE YOU WILL BE TRICKED INTO YEARS OF PAYING UNWANTED SERVICES AND HIDDEN CHARGES...
Their customer service online is absolute disgrace, I was been sent around and around, I message the online agent and I’m told the shop can fix my queries just for me to get to the store and they are telling me no you have to go call or message the agents, this was twice. I ordered my phone because I broke my phone and currently without phone, affecting my work and I mentioned this to them and still no urgency with anything, till now I still don’t have my phone, I ordered it online and they delay it, I asked if I can just go to one of their store and pick it up, no I cannot, I had to cancel my order in hope to just get it from one of their store but now I have to wait 24hours, like it’s absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait for my order to be cancelled it should be cancelled immediately. Honestly I’m so frustrated I’m looking into just moving to vodaphone. If you have an emergency and need a phone, don’t go near three customer service online especially.
Was on the phone today looking to upgrade my phone and I was actually looking to cancel but Aniruddh from three loyalty team was extremely helpful explained everything to me to help me to stay with three. He was extremely patient and customer service was absolutely excellent.
I spoke with Gillian, Limerick Support Centre today. I had difficulties with a scam and had some questions around my plan and bill. She not only sorted it out but got me a discount on my plan which I am so grateful for in this cost of living crisis. Excellent customer service 👏
Been and still am a customer of over 10 years and for the last month my reception throughout the country has been terrible. Spoke to a CS rep about it and he advised to move to an esim so I applied for one. Never told me that as soon as you apply they deactivate your existing sim. Eventually got a QR code emailed to me for new esim but the link didn't work so I got onto them 3 times before anyone could resend the link (which the last lady did within 30 seconds of being on the phone to her) the chat box is the worst feature as no one understands what they are saying and all they want is to upsell. I'll be moving away from them as soon as I can as I've never met a company who make it so hard to resolve simple issues as well as having bad coverage all of a sudden
I purchased a prepaid SIM at the airport. First I got a message the next day that my activation failed after a 20 min chat the agent told me it all looks to be working. Later in the day I discovered I didn’t have any access to data. The agent tried to get me to pay another 20€ to topoff. When I got back to the hotel I discovered a voucher on my receipt and was able to enter it to get a “topoff.” Both agents were not helpful and I spent an entire day running around Dublin without access to Google maps. Terrible service. I’ll use vodaphone next time.
Terrible service and the policy of requiring 30 days notice on a 30 day rolling contract is just predatory. Stay well away. Eir is cheaper with far superior service provided.
Absolutely dreadful . Tried to cancel online to no avail . So cancelled direct debits knowing I would quickly get a call. Got a call explained I wanted to cancel as not using their service , was told a bill was outstanding. I paid over the phone with the understanding account would be closed and no more bills . Getting phone calls daily and post looking for a payment . Never will deal with company again. It’s harassment at this stage .
Terrible broadband, confusing wording in emails made me think my contract was shorter than it is and when I tried to cancel they gave me the run around stay away from them
Problem with app can’t sign in, now 4 weeks contacted 3 customer support! Same questions every time! Useless, cut to the chase ! They tell me only iPhones with iso 17 can use the 3app I checked!! It’s iso 13 is minimum!!! They haven’t the ability to tell the truth! They just want to get rid of you ! Useless customer support
I Travelled to another part of the world for a month, missed 2 payments , i was with three for over 7 years never missed a payment before, got a few calls that did not connect , when i got home number was disconnected, also they were sending mail to an old address which i didnt live for 7 years, i spoke with them on web chat and i was told to call in to make a payment that didnt let me to it online or over the phone to customer service there and then i also couldnt ring in because i had no phoneline anymore.
, so within 6-7 weeks when a payment is due once per month , they sold my contract, and then passed my details or sold my data to a collection company effecting credit score, thats what you get for been a good customer ) be careful.
Seriously bad support, my broadband upload speed during peak hours is 3.4 mbps, and the engineer informed me this was acceptable! and when I explained in order to watch tv or chat to friends on line I had to use my phones personal hotspot, the broadband engineer working for three suggested we turn off all other devices and just connect 1 device to broadband to improve the service - I would generally have only 1 tv, 1 phone and a laptop on at anyone time.
I do not think that’s excessive, I don’t think the service provided is acceptable & I don’t see how they can justify 3.4 mbps as acceptable
Three really makes fun of customers. They are thieves and scammers. If you don't have a signal, buy a new card and preferably for more money. And in two days again and again. They lie in the shop. The saleswoman there kicks her colleague in the leg for lying when he looked at the map and says yes, it's almost the center of Dublin but there's 2G there ...... So she kicked him. They just lie and steal. How long will the regulator keep watching this? Probably forever, because it's so corrupt. During the support chat, some guy told me that someone would contact me within 24 hours. He probably doesn't speak English, because it's been 8 days and still nothing. The service goes down, sometimes there's just no signal, don't look for internet on Three either, they can't do that. The guy probably thinks that if it's a mess there, it's the same mess in Ireland, because he's arrogant and takes advantage of the fact that it's far away and he can't get past his black mouth.
