Damaged Sweater During Shipping [RESOLVED]
I was really really looking forward to owning a piece from this company. The box I received was damaged during shipping which stained and dirtied the sweater I purchased. I sent an inquiry about two weeks ago but there was no follow up. I don't want the lovely sweater to go to waste so now I'm stuck with the dry cleaning fee in order to try to fix it. I'm so disappointment with my purchase and experience with this company.
UPDATE:
Response was slow but customer service was able to resolve the issue.
